The Cold One: A frozen heart beats on in eternal winter. A tragic villain. Vyse's wife was a fellow super hero before he became a villain, however she left him for another hero. Vyse's wife betrayal triggered something in him and all warmth left his body, yet he survived. This caused the legendary Yuki-onna to take notice of him. Yuki-onna brought Vyse into her realm in the spirit realm and taught him how to use ice powers, along with absorbing the power of cold itself. Vyse returned for revenge, in a fit of rage he accidentally killed his wife's new lover. Vyse's wife called him a monster, and those around him started calling him that as well.
